Find here his expert analysis of our product:
Hello Cyrille Mald, you are a writer, columnist, and an expert in spirits. You are also a judge in many international competitions. How was this passion born?
“The passion was born from my interest in aromas and their complexity. Where chocolate has 250 aromatic compounds, wine has 600, spirits can have nearly 4,000.”
You had the opportunity to taste the Tea Tropézien, tell us what were your very first impressions during the tasting?
“A very fine expression. It is a perfectly made drink, you can feel it right away. It makes you want to discover it, to go further, to understand the whole aromatic framework that is hidden behind it.”
In the current context, in your opinion, what future for the Tea Tropézien? Is it made for the export market?
“For the export market but also in France. People need to discover this pretty bottle, it’s a new product, but it has all the qualities to impose itself.”
Could you consider a future partnership with the Tea Tropézien, to bring your expertise ?
“Yes I would be very interested in sharing on new recipes such as citrus-based ones that would bring hints of bitterness (bitter orange, chinotto).”
Do you have any suggestions for tasting the Tea Tropézien ?
“For my part, I love to enjoy the Tea Tropézien Rouge as a Spritz. I use it instead of the traditional orange or red base, then add a dry prosecco with fine bubbles, a dash of bitter and a slice of blood orange.”
We know that Tea Tropézien has already been tasted by some of the great names in spirits, including you. What did they think of it?
“I’ve had nothing but extremely positive feedback. Cheers!”
